Hidden Leaf
When Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju founded the village of Konoho (Village Hidden In The Leaves),Hashirama asked Madara to name the village.
After seeing the above valley(Before Founding)covered in leaves he suggested the same name and the Hidden Leaf symbol was decided to represent the village.
